Supersuperuncle 1U server power supply

This 1U server power supply delivers 12 V at 12.5 A for the HCVR2404 monitoring video recorder. It is built for installation in standard 1U rack enclosures where a compact, single-output unit is required. Buyers who need redundant or hot-swap modules should look elsewhere.

Thermals noise and power draw

The 150 W design operates from a 10 A input and uses forced-air cooling suited to 1U airflow paths. Acoustic output will reflect the small fan diameter needed for the form factor. Power draw scales with the connected recorder load up to the rated output.

Questions about this item

How do I install the FSP150-10AD 1U power supply into my HCVR2404 recorder, and what step is often missed?

Slide the 1U unit into the chassis until the edge connector seats firmly, then secure the retention screw; the step often missed is fully tightening that screw so the 12 V 12.5 A supply cannot work loose.

What maintenance or replacement will the FSP150-10AD need over its service life?

Plan to clean the internal fan intake every 6–12 months and replace the unit if the 150 W output becomes unstable or the 12 V rail drops under load.
