120000-page maintenance kit for IBM InfoPrint

The SuppliesMax 39V3525 kit replaces the fuser unit, transfer roller and pickup tires in compatible IBM InfoPrint laser printers. It is built for offices that need to restore print quality after high-volume use without buying a new device. The kit supports models across the 1811, 1812, 1822, 1823, 1930, 1940, E260, E360, E460, E462, X264, X363, X364, X463, X464 and X466 series.

Consistent output across long print runs

The fuser maintains stable heat for reliable toner bonding over the full 120000-page yield at 5% coverage. Pickup tires and the transfer roller assembly are rated to match that cycle, reducing misfeeds and streaks that typically appear when individual wear parts are swapped at different intervals. The 110V fuser unit is engineered for continuous operation in shared workgroup environments.

OEM-standard components for straightforward

Each part — fuser unit 40X5344, transfer roller 40X5364 and two pickup rollers — is manufactured to original dimensions so it seats correctly in the printer frame. The kit arrives as a single pack, letting technicians complete the full refresh in one service visit. It is not suited for printers outside the listed IBM InfoPrint families or for colour output requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the 110V fuser in this kit run hotter or draw more power than the original after a full day of printing?

The 110V fuser unit (40X5344) is built to OEM specifications, so its heat output and power draw match the original IBM design for the InfoPrint 1811, 1812, 1822, 1823, 1930 and 1940 series.

My InfoPrint 1822DN already has a transfer roller — do I still need to install the one from this kit?

Yes, the kit includes a transfer roller with bushing and spring (40X5364) plus two pickup rollers; all three wear items should be replaced together to maintain the 120000-page yield rating.

Will the pickup tires in this kit fit the older InfoPrint 1811D that I plan to keep running?

The kit is listed as compatible with the InfoPrint 1811D, 1812D, 1822DN, 1822DW, 1823, 1930MFP and 1940MFP, so the pickup tires are sized for those models.
