Compatible Brother M-631 label tape

SuppliesMax M-631 is a black-on-yellow non-laminated label tape built to fit Brother P-Touch printers including the PT-45M, PT-55BM, PT-55S, PT-65, PT-65SB, PT-70, PT-80, PT-85, PT-90, PT-M95, PT-100 and PT-110 series. It ships new in a single pack and is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Installation and common issues

The cassette drops into the printer’s tape compartment and clicks into place without tools. A near-end indicator on the cartridge signals when the 8 metre roll is running low so you can swap it before a print job stops. Misalignment usually comes from debris in the guide rollers or from forcing the cassette in upside down.

Practical limits of the format

The tape is 12 millimetres wide and 8 metres long, giving a fixed label width and finite print length per cassette. It is designed for 110 V machines sold in the U.S. and carries a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Users needing wider labels, laminated durability or a different colour combination will need a different tape specification.
