2-Pack MICR Toner for Lexmark Printers

This two-pack of SuppliesMax MICR toner cartridges delivers magnetic black toner for secure check and barcode printing on compatible Lexmark laser printers. Each cartridge yields up to 18000 pages at .05 coverage, supporting high-volume workflows in banking or accounting environments. The product is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Replaces Lexmark 24B2818 and 24B5850 Cartridges

These cartridges serve as compatible replacements for Lexmark part numbers 24B2818_2PK and 24B5850_2PK, offering extra high yield capacity for users currently running standard or high-yield originals. The upgrade is worthwhile when print volumes demand fewer changeovers and bank-compliant MICR output is required. They are designed for 110V U.S.-based Lexmark ES460DN, XS463DE, XS464, and XS466 series devices.

Simple Drop-In Installation for Supported Models

Installation follows the standard Lexmark cartridge swap procedure; the chip is recognised automatically on supported 110V machines. Common issues arise only when the cartridges are used in non-listed models or on incorrect voltage hardware, which can prevent recognition. The 30-day manufacturer warranty covers defects, and using compatible toner does not void the printer warranty under U.S. law.

Questions about this item

Will the 24B2818_2PK-MICR cartridge fit my Lexmark XS463DE printer?

Yes, this two-pack is built for the Lexmark ES460DN, XS463DE, XS464, XS464DE, XS466 and XS466DE models listed in the compatibility data.

What is the correct way to install the MICR toner cartridge and what step is often missed?

Shake the cartridge gently side-to-side before inserting it, then pull the sealing tape straight out; skipping the shake step can cause uneven magnetic toner distribution and rejected checks.

When should the MICR toner cartridge be replaced to keep checks bank-compliant?

Replace it when print density fades or the printer reports low toner; magnetic toner must stay dense enough for MICR readers, so do not continue printing once output lightens.
