Swedish Dishcloth Roll for Everyday Kitchen Use

These Swedish dishcloths arrive as a perforated roll of 30 sheets, each measuring 11 inches by 10 inches. The cellulose-cotton blend absorbs many times its weight in liquid, making it suited for wiping counters, drying dishes or handling larger spills. A hook is included so the roll can hang from a standard paper-towel holder or sit freestanding on the worktop.

Practical Limits of the Perforated Roll Format

Sheets tear cleanly at the perforations, yet the roll diameter of roughly 11.8 centimetres means it fits most under-cabinet holders without modification. Each sheet survives up to 150 machine-wash cycles before the fibres break down, so the roll lasts through months of daily use. The material is certified biodegradable and compostable, but it will not disintegrate during normal wet cleaning tasks.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

Made in Germany from plant-based cellulose, the cloths are Oeko-Tex certified and free from harmful substances. The white geometric pattern resists staining on wood, glass, stone and stainless steel surfaces. Because the sheets dry quickly, odours do not develop between washes, and the included clip keeps the next sheet ready without the roll unravelling in a drawer.

Questions about this item

How do the 30 perforated sheets on a roll compare with the flat-pack options?

The roll format keeps sheets on a paper-towel holder or freestanding with the included Magic Clip, while flat packs of 10, 12, 6 or 2 sheets must be stored in drawers or cabinets.

What does 20x weight absorbency mean when wiping a spill?

Each 11" x 10" sheet can hold roughly twenty times its own weight in water, so a single XL sheet handles large spills that would take several smaller cloths.

What does Oeko-Tex certification cover for these cloths?

Oeko-Tex certifies the cellulose-cotton blend is tested for harmful substances, confirming the cloths are safe for food-contact surfaces and everyday kitchen use.
