Heavy-Duty 1/4 Inch Staples

These Swingline 35314 staples are built for desktop tasks that exceed standard capacity. They suit offices and home workspaces where documents up to 25 sheets must be fastened securely. The 1,000-count box keeps high-volume users supplied for longer periods.

Quarter-Inch Leg Length Performance

The 13 mm leg length drives cleanly through thick stacks without bending or jamming in compatible heavy-duty staplers. Each staple forms a tight clinch that holds 25 sheets flat, reducing rework and paper waste during busy filing sessions.

1,000-Piece Box Efficiency

A single box delivers 1,000 staples, cutting the frequency of reordering for mailrooms and admin teams. The silver finish resists corrosion in humid storage, so staples remain reliable from the first to the last one in the pack.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 1/4 inch leg staples into a compatible heavy-duty stapler?

Open the magazine, place the strip of 1000 staples with legs facing down, and close the latch until it clicks. The common mistake is inserting the strip upside down, which causes immediate jams.

When will I need to replace this box of 1000 staples?

Replace the box once all 1000 staples have been used; the staple legs do not dull or degrade in storage, so no maintenance is required between reloads.

What happens if I try to staple more than 25 sheets at once?

The stapler will either fail to drive the legs through the stack or produce a bent, incomplete clinch, signalling you have exceeded the 25-sheet capacity.
