Desk Stapler for Light Office Use

The Swingline 54501 is a black desktop stapler designed for standard 15-sheet capacity. It uses full-strip staples and is sold as a single unit. The model 54501 has been listed since 2010 and suits everyday paperwork in home or office settings.

Simple Loading and Reliable Operation

Loading a full strip of staples into the magazine is straightforward and requires no tools. Jams are rare when the stated 15-sheet limit is respected; exceeding it is the most common cause of misfires. The mechanism opens wide for clearing any blockage quickly.

Ideal for Occasional Stapling Tasks

This stapler fits users who need a basic, low-maintenance tool for light daily volumes. It is not suited for high-throughput environments or heavy cardstock that demands greater driving force. Buyers who want adjustable paper guides or a larger throat depth should look at something else.
