Compact Mini Stapler for Tight Spaces

The Swingline Tot mini stapler fits where full-size units cannot, measuring 3.9 by 1.45 by 4.9 inches and weighing .175 pounds. Its high-impact plastic body and spring-loaded lid deliver reliable everyday stapling in blue. The base doubles as a compartment holding extra staples, and a built-in remover adds convenience. It secures up to 12 sheets per press.

Check Staple Compatibility and Sheet Volume

Verify that your tasks rarely exceed 12 sheets of standard paper, because thicker stacks will jam the mechanism. The unit works best with Swingline standard staples with quarter-inch legs, so confirm you can source that size. The package includes 100 staples to start, but the storage base holds a full strip of 1000 for quick refills. No batteries or power are required.

Consistent Light-Duty Performance

Under repeated use the manual lever action stays smooth because the internal parts are shielded by the durable plastic shell. Spring-loaded reloading prevents misfeeds during long sessions, and the integrated remover clears jams without extra tools. The stapler is designed for occasional desktop tasks rather than continuous high-volume runs, so expect reliable results for everyday office or classroom batches.
