File-folder labels for follow-up tracking

These fluorescent-pink labels carry the printed message "We Hate To Keep Hounding You" to flag files that need a response. They come on a roll of 420 labels sized 2-1/4" x 7/8" for standard folder tabs. The poly stock resists tearing and smudging during daily handling. Office staff can peel and apply them quickly to keep workflows moving.

Thermals noise and power draw

As paper labels they generate no heat, make no sound and draw no power during use. The roll stores flat in a drawer or on a shelf without special environmental controls. No fans, batteries or cooling considerations apply. They remain passive until a user peels one off and sticks it to a folder.

Poly stock and pre-printed text benefits

The poly construction survives repeated handling better than plain paper, so the label stays legible on active files. Black text on the fluorescent-pink background is readable at a glance, reducing the chance a flagged item is overlooked. No software or printer setup is required because the message is already printed. The roll format lets users take one label at a time without waste.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 2-1/4" x 7/8" fluorescent pink labels to file folders without them peeling off?

Peel each poly stock label from the roll and press firmly onto a clean, dry folder tab; the adhesive bonds best when applied at room temperature and smoothed from centre to edges.

Will the black text on these fluorescent pink labels fade or need reprinting over time?

The black print is applied during manufacturing and does not require reprinting; if a label becomes illegible, simply replace it with another from the 420-count roll.

At what point does the adhesive on the roll lose its tack during daily office use?

The poly stock adhesive maintains its grip through normal handling and temperature swings; store the roll sealed at room temperature to preserve tack until the last label is used.
