Tailwind 220 parchment sheets

Tailwind parchment paper 220 comes as two hundred pre-cut sheets measuring 12 by 16 inches. The natural brown colour shows the unbleached wood pulp base that meets FDA food-contact standards and is PFAS-free. A double-sided silicone coating gives a non-stick surface rated to 428 degrees Fahrenheit. The 40 GSM weight resists tearing while staying flexible for everyday baking tasks.

Fits half-size trays and air fryers

Each rectangle is sized for half-sheet pans so it lies flat without curling or trimming. The sheets slip straight into standard ovens and most air-fryer baskets, removing the need for rolls, serrated edges or grease. The tuck-flap pack keeps the stack clean and flat between uses, taking minimal drawer or shelf space. No extra liners or sprays are required for cookies, bread or roasted vegetables.

Replaces roll parchment and foil

Bakers who currently tear sheets from a roll gain consistent sizing and zero waste from curled edges. The pre-cut format also substitutes for aluminium foil when a non-stick surface is preferred. The jump is worth it if you want faster prep, less mess and a re-sealable package that protects every sheet until the last one is used.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum oven temperature the parchment paper can withstand before it degrades?

The parchment paper is engineered to perform at temperatures up to 428°F, so the non-stick surface and strength remain intact during high-heat baking.

How much heat does the paper generate or retain during long baking sessions?

The paper itself does not generate heat; it simply withstands oven temperatures up to 428°F without burning or transferring chemicals to food.

Do I need a specific pan size for these pre-cut sheets to fit properly?

Each sheet measures 12'' x 16'' and is precision-cut to fit a standard half-size baking sheet, so a pan of those dimensions is required.
