Tape Logic DL1622 Fluorescent Labels

Tape Logic DL1622 labels arrive in a mixed pallet of 500 pieces measuring 2 x 3 inches. The fluorescent yellow colour provides high visibility for classroom organisation or shipping identification. Teachers and office managers use them for quick visual sorting of materials. They suit environments where colour coding speeds up daily workflows.

Practical limits of adhesive paper labels

Adhesive paper labels can lose grip on damp, dusty or textured surfaces. Fluorescent ink fades under prolonged direct sunlight or high UV exposure. The 2 x 3 inch face area restricts the amount of text or barcode data that fits legibly. Extreme heat or cold may cause the adhesive to fail or the paper to curl.

Installation and common issues

Peeling each label from the backing sheet and pressing firmly onto a clean, dry surface takes seconds. Misalignment is the most frequent problem; once stuck, repositioning usually tears the paper. Static electricity can cause labels to cling together, leading to double feeds in label dispensers. Always test adhesion on the actual substrate before committing a full batch.
