Saturday-delivery fluorescent labels

Tape Logic DL3431 labels are pressure-sensitive stickers printed with a bold "Saturday Delivery" message on fluorescent green stock. Each roll supplies 500 labels measuring three by five inches for high-visibility shipping instructions. Warehouses, mailrooms and e-commerce pack stations use them to flag time-sensitive parcels at a glance.

Pressure-sensitive adhesion

The adhesive backing bonds instantly to corrugated boxes, poly mailers and padded envelopes without heat or solvent. No printer ribbon or toner is required, so the process adds no electrical load or acoustic signature to the packing line. Labels peel cleanly from the liner and stay legible through typical transit handling.

Compatible dispensers

Table-top models SL9506, SL9512 and SL9518 plus wall-mount units LDM250, LDM450, LDM850 and LDM1250 accept the roll core for hands-free dispensing. Using a matched dispenser reduces label waste and speeds up repetitive labelling tasks. No software or driver installation is involved.

Questions about this item

How do I load the roll into a tabletop dispenser like the SL9506 without the labels jamming?

Thread the roll so the fluorescent-green side faces the print head, pull the first label past the tear bar, then close the latch — skipping the latch step causes misfeeds.

When will the adhesive on these 500 fluorescent-green labels start to lose grab?

The pressure-sensitive adhesive is rated for indoor shelf life of several years; replace the roll when labels no longer stick cleanly to corrugated cartons.

What is the first limit I hit if I run a high-volume mailing station continuously with this roll?

The 500-label roll length is the hard stop — once the core is empty you must reload, so plan change-overs around that count.
