Invoice Enclosed Envelopes

These orange envelopes are pre-printed with "Invoice Enclosed" wording for quick identification. They arrive new in a pack of 1000 units for high-volume shipping departments. The 5 1/2 by 10 inch size fits standard invoices and packing slips. Tape Logic branding confirms the manufacturer.

Replaces hand-written labels

Switching from manual notation removes the risk of missed paperwork inside parcels. The jump is worth it when daily shipment counts exceed a few dozen packages. Each envelope peels and seals without extra tape or staples. Bright orange stock ensures the document pouch is spotted instantly.

Handles 1000 shipments per pack

One box covers 1000 outbound orders before reordering is needed. The self-adhesive backing holds through typical transit vibration and temperature shifts. Very thick multi-page contracts may exceed the pouch capacity. Users needing custom branding or larger document formats will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

What package quantity is needed to store the 1000 orange envelopes?

The envelopes come in a single pack of 1000 units, so no additional packaging is required for that quantity.

How are the self-adhesive envelopes applied to a package, and what step is often missed?

Peel the backing to expose the adhesive, press the envelope firmly onto the shipment, and ensure the "Invoice Enclosed" print faces outward for visibility.

When should the orange "Invoice Enclosed" envelopes be replaced during shipping operations?

Replace the envelopes when the orange colour fades, the adhesive loses tack, or the printed text becomes illegible to handlers.
