Packing List Envelopes 7x6 Red

These self-adhesive envelopes display a "Packing List Enclosed" message on a bright red background so shipping documents remain visible on cartons. Each envelope measures 7 inches by 6 inches and is designed for single-use application in mailroom and fulfilment operations. The case contains 1000 envelopes for high-volume shipping workflows.

Capacity and daily throughput

A case of 1000 envelopes supports extended runs on packing lines without frequent reordering. The quantity suits businesses that process hundreds of parcels per day and need a consistent supply of documentation pouches. Smaller operations may find the case size exceeds immediate storage space or typical monthly usage.

Build and mounting

The envelopes feature a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that bonds to corrugated boxes, poly mailers and flat surfaces without additional tape. Red face stock provides high contrast for quick visual checks during sortation and delivery scans. Supplied flat in a bulk carton, they stack neatly on shelves or feed directly from a dispenser.

Questions about this item

Will these red 7 x 6 inch envelopes work with my existing 6 x 9 inch packing slips?

The envelopes measure 7 x 6 inches, so a 6 x 9 inch slip would exceed the 6 inch height and would not fit properly.

How can I confirm the envelopes are dispensing correctly from the case?

Each case contains 1000 envelopes; smooth single-sheet dispensing and intact red “Packing List Enclosed” printing on every envelope shows they are working as intended.

What comes in the case and do I need a separate dispenser?

The case includes 1000 red “Packing List Enclosed” envelopes; no dispenser is included, so you would need to buy one separately if required.
