Product Identity

Tape Logic T36000W is a water-activated shipping tape designed for mailroom and fulfilment operations. It arrives as a ten-roll case, each roll measuring three inches wide by six hundred feet long. The non-reinforced construction suits lightweight carton sealing where fibre reinforcement is not required.

Activation and Handling

The adhesive activates with water, creating a tamper-evident bond to corrugated surfaces without heat or solvents. Rolls unwind smoothly on standard desktop dispensers, keeping noise and effort low during repetitive sealing tasks. No power draw or thermal load is involved in normal use.

Construction and Compatibility

Transparent material allows shipping labels and barcodes to remain visible after application. Each roll carries the manufacturer’s 6000 series designation and fits common three-inch core dispensers. The ten-roll pack supports high-volume days without frequent changeovers.

Questions about this item

How do I activate the adhesive on the 3" x 600' water-activated tape?

Pass the tape through a water-activated dispenser so the gummed side is evenly moistened; the step often missed is leaving the brush too dry, which leaves dry spots that will not seal the carton.

When will the 600 ft roll need replacing in a typical packing station?

Each roll yields 600 feet of sealing length; with ten rolls per case you replace a roll once its 600 ft are dispensed, which varies by carton volume but the footage is fixed.

What limits how many cartons I can seal continuously with one 600 ft roll?

The 600-foot length is the hard limit — once the roll is exhausted you must load a fresh roll from the 10-roll case to continue sealing.
