Double-Sided Foam Tape

TapeCase VF32W is a white vinyl foam tape with liner included. The continuous roll measures 3/4 in wide by 5 yd long and 1/32 in thick. It serves assembly, manufacturing, construction and general repair tasks both indoors and outdoors.

Sustained Temperature Performance

The tape maintains adhesion across a continuous range from 20 Degrees F to 150 Degrees F. This steady thermal window supports reliable bonding during prolonged exposure rather than brief spikes. Builders and maintenance crews can trust consistent hold through daily temperature cycles.

1/32 Inch Thickness Constraint

The fixed 1/32 in foam thickness determines gap fill and compression behaviour. Projects needing a thicker cushion or a thinner bond line will require a different specification. Verify the exact dimension before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the adhesive hold if the mounted object gets warm in direct sunlight?

The tape is rated for continuous performance up to 150 °F, so typical indoor or outdoor heat should not weaken the bond.

What surface preparation do I need before applying this foam tape?

Clean both surfaces so they are dry and free of dust or oil; the tape bonds directly without primers or extra hardware.

Can I use this on a painted wall that was done years ago without damaging the finish?

The vinyl foam conforms to slight texture and the adhesive is designed for general maintenance, so it adheres to cured paint without tearing the surface on removal.
