Questions about this item

What USB port does the AKB874US need for its wired connection?

It uses a standard USB Type A plug, so any USB-A port on a PC, Mac or compatible tablet will work.

What is the common mistake when first plugging in this keyboard?

Users sometimes insert the USB-A connector upside down; the plug only seats one way, so align the metal contacts before pushing.

Does the antimicrobial coating on the EcoSmart keyboard wear off over time?

No, the DefenseGuard additive is moulded into the plastic and lasts for the life of the product.
