Handheld 1-Inch Tape Dispenser

The Tartan 901 is a pistol-grip dispenser built for rolls up to one inch wide. Its carbon-steel blade cuts cleanly with one hand, making it practical for packing stations, mailrooms or general office sealing tasks.

Core and Roll Compatibility

The unit accepts a three-inch core and handles rolls up to five and a half inches in diameter. That capacity lets you load standard industrial rolls without frequent changes, keeping workflow steady during high-volume sealing.

Heavy-Duty Plastic Construction

A reinforced plastic frame earns a heavy strength rating while keeping the tool light enough for repeated use. The moulded pistol grip fits the hand securely, and the compact footprint sits neatly on a bench or shelf between jobs.

Questions about this item

How often will the carbon-steel blade need replacing with daily use?

The carbon-steel blade is built for heavy-duty dispensing; replacement depends on tape volume and adhesive buildup rather than a fixed schedule.

What part reaches its limit first during continuous sealing sessions?

The pistol-grip trigger and feed mechanism absorb the most repeated stress during non-stop operation.

Does the plastic body get hot or noisy after hours of dispensing?

No motor or heater is present, so the dispenser stays at room temperature and operates silently.
