120mm Ventilation Grille Kit (4 Pack)

This four-pack of 120mm ventilation grilles is designed for server cabinets, AV racks, and wall-mounted enclosures. Each unit features a CNC-machined brushed black aluminum frame with a honeycomb mesh insert. The kit includes all hardware needed to mount standard 120mm fans, which are sold separately.

Replaces basic vent covers

Standard passive grilles rely on convection alone, while these brackets accept active 120mm fans for intake or exhaust configurations. The jump is worth it when equipment generates enough heat that passive airflow cannot maintain safe operating temperatures inside the enclosure.

Suits installers adding active cooling to racks

Builders who need to secure 120mm fans to wood or metal panels will find the included wood screws, machine screws with nuts, and fan guards convenient. Buyers who only need simple dust covers without fan provisions, or who require a different fan size, should look at alternative vent panels.

Questions about this item

What size cut-out do the 160x160mm cabinet protection panels require?

Each protection panel measures 160x160mm, so the cut-out must match those outer dimensions for the grille to sit flush.

How do I secure the grille to a cabinet versus a wooden wall, and which screw type is commonly missed?

Use the 16 machine screws with nuts for threaded cabinet holes and the 16 wood screws for timber; installers often forget the nuts on the machine screws.

Which parts will need replacing if the fan guards or mesh panels get damaged?

The kit supplies 8 fan guards and 4 mesh panels; any bent guard or torn panel can be swapped individually without buying a new kit.
