12U Locking Server Rack Cabinet

This free-standing 19 inch rack cabinet provides 12U of lockable space for IT, network, telecom and AV equipment installations. The secure enclosed design features a lockable front door and side panels to protect servers, switches, routers and networking hardware from unauthorised access. Adjustable U-mark mounting rails support ANSI/EIA-310 compliant rack mount equipment for flexible hardware deployment.

Integrated Cooling and Power Distribution

An integrated thermostat with LCD display and dual cooling fans actively maintains stable airflow and operating temperature for rack-mounted hardware. The included 8-outlet PDU delivers organised power distribution directly inside the enclosure. A fixed shelf adds convenient mounting space for non-rackmount devices such as modems or small appliances.

Mobility and Cable Management

Locking casters and leveling feet provide both secure positioning and easy relocation when required. Brush-sealed cable entries allow clean routing of cables into the cabinet while minimising dust ingress. Mounting hardware is supplied to complete the installation kit for immediate setup.

Questions about this item

How often should the dual cooling fans and thermostat LCD be checked or replaced?

The integrated thermostat with LCD display and dual cooling fans are built for continuous operation; inspect fan blades for dust every few months and clean with compressed air to maintain stable airflow.

Which component reaches its limit first during sustained heavy loads?

The 8-outlet PDU supplies a fixed number of sockets, so power-distribution capacity is the first constraint when adding more rack-mounted hardware.

How much noise and heat do the dual cooling fans produce when the cabinet runs all day?

Dual fans with thermostat control adjust speed to temperature, keeping airflow steady while minimising audible noise and excess heat inside the 12U enclosure.
