M6 hardware and mounting options included

The box contains the rack, M6 screws, cage nuts, four casters and four leveling feet. The pre-drilled base allows permanent floor anchoring for extra stability when the rack is not moved.

Questions about this item

Will the M6 cage nuts or screws need periodic replacement with a full 600 lb load?

The M6 screws and cage nuts are rated for the rack's 600 lb static capacity on leveling feet; inspect them during equipment changes but they do not have a scheduled replacement interval.

What load limit applies first when the rack stays on its casters continuously?

On casters the safe working load drops to 500 lbs, so the 500 lb rolling limit is reached before the 600 lb static rating.

How much heat does the rack itself add when equipment runs all day?

The open-frame steel construction adds no active heat; it simply allows ambient airflow around the 19-inch devices mounted inside.
