1U 4-Post Server Rack Rail

This 1U rail kit fits standard 19-inch four-post racks and cabinets. It is designed for installers who need adjustable-depth support for servers or network gear up to 110lbs. The EIA/ECA-310 compatible profile ensures alignment with industry-standard mounting holes.

Installation Hardware Included

Each set ships with ten 12-24 screws, ten M6 screws, ten M6 plastic washers and ten M6 cage nuts. The rails adjust from 20.2 to 32 inches deep to match cabinet depth. Installers must verify that the cabinet provides the full adjustment range; shorter cabinets will not accept the minimum setting.

110lbs Weight Capacity

The single specification that decides suitability is the 110lbs load rating. Heavy-duty cold-rolled steel with a black electro-static powder-coated finish delivers this capacity. Equipment exceeding this limit requires a higher-rated rail system.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the rails are level and secure after mounting them in my 19 inch rack?

Verify the 1.75 in height aligns with the 1U rack unit, ensure the adjustable depth locks between 20.2 and 32 inches, then load equipment up to 110lbs to test stability.

What hardware is included and what must I supply myself?

The box contains one rail set, ten 12-24 screws, ten M6 screws, ten M6 plastic washers, and ten M6 cage nuts; no additional fasteners are required for standard EIA/ECA-310 19 inch 4-post racks.

Which adjustable depth range covers my cabinet if it measures up to 32 inches deep?

The rails slide from 20.2 to 32 inches, so any 4-post rack within that span is supported; choose the setting that matches your cabinet's front-to-rear rail distance.
