TAURKENAM 1U Hinged Server Rack Shelf for Dell OptiPlex Micro 19" 6.6" Deep

SKU CH-DCDQ-JPQPQ

A hinged 1U shelf secures one Dell OptiPlex Micro in a 19-inch rack with bottom cooling holes

  • Secured mounting with dedicated slot and bolt for Dell OptiPlex Micro
  • Hinged on both sides for easy access to network connections
  • 1U high, 19" wide, 6.6" deep fits standard 19-inch racks
  • Two-step installation with included bolts, screws, zip ties and guide
  • Bottom cooling holes and cold-rolled steel construction improve airflow

Dedicated OptiPlex Micro mount

This 1U hinged shelf accepts one Dell OptiPlex Micro Form Factor case and bolts it securely in place. It fits a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet and holds the system at a depth of 6.6 inches. The cold-rolled steel construction keeps the chassis stable during transport or vibration. Builders who need to mount larger tower or rackmount servers cannot use this shelf.

Passive airflow and cable access

Bottom cooling holes let air circulate around the micro PC without adding active fans. The dual-hinged design swings both sides open so network cables and peripheral connections remain reachable after installation. Power bricks can be strapped to the shelf with the supplied zip ties. There is no integrated fan controller or temperature monitoring.

Included hardware kit

The package supplies bolts, screws, zip ties and an assembly guide for a two-step mount. No rails, cable-management arms or management software are provided. Administrators who require tool-less sliding rails or remote monitoring agents must source those separately.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Dell OptiPlex Micro onto the hinged shelf and what step is often missed?

Bolt the Micro into the dedicated slot using the supplied hardware, then secure the power supply with the provided zip ties — skipping the zip-tie step is the common oversight.

What maintenance will the shelf need over time?

Periodically check that the mounting bolts and hinge screws stay tight and clear dust from the bottom cooling holes to maintain airflow.

What physical limit appears first when the shelf is used continuously?

The 6.6-inch depth restricts the Micro form factor and power supply to that footprint; anything deeper will not fit.
