TAURKENAM 1U Vented Blank Panel with Brush 5-Pack

SKU CH-WD4A-DYZQB

Five 1U vented blank panels with nylon brushes seal rack gaps to direct cool airflow and reduce dust buildup

  • Durable construction from 1.5 mm steel with high-density nylon brushes
  • Quick installation using only four screws and nuts per panel
  • Dust-resistant design that redirects cool air through active equipment
  • Five-panel pack organises cables and shields hardware from debris
  • Lightweight aluminium build suited for aviation-grade rack environments

1U Vented Blank Panel 5-Pack

This five-pack of 1U vented blank panels fills unused rack spaces with integrated brush strips for cable routing. Each panel uses a 1.5 mm thick steel plate finished with electrostatic spray coating. High-density nylon bristles form the brush section to manage cables while limiting dust ingress. Supplied screws and nuts allow installation with four fixings per panel.

Suits airflow-focused rack builds

These panels suit administrators who need to seal 1U gaps while passing cables through a brush barrier. They help direct cold air through active equipment and reduce dust buildup near servers, routers and switches. Buyers who require solid blanking plates without brush openings or who need 2U or 3U heights should look at alternative panel types.

1.5 mm steel with nylon brush

The single specification that decides fit is the 1.5 mm steel construction combined with the high-density nylon brush strip. This thickness and material set the panel's rigidity, durability and cable-passing capability for standard 1U rackmount openings.

Questions about this item

What does the 1.5 mm steel thickness mean for durability inside a live rack?

The 1.5 mm steel construction with deoiling, pickling, phosphating and electrostatic spraying resists bending and corrosion during long-term rack deployment.

How does the high-density nylon brush affect airflow and cable routing?

The brush strip blocks cold-air bypass between devices while allowing cables to pass, keeping cooling directed through active equipment.

What mounting hardware is needed to secure each 1U panel in a standard rack?

Each panel includes four screws and nuts, so no extra parts are required for installation.
