Two vented 1U cantilever shelves fit 19-inch racks, hold 44 lb each, and include mounting hardware

  • Fits every 19-inch rack for instant IT equipment mounting
  • Disassembled design lets you flip the lip up or down for custom cable routing
  • 5 mm thick steel sides support up to 44 lb of servers or switches
  • Flat-pack build protects mounting ears from shipping damage
  • Two 1U shelves include M6 cage nuts and M5 hardware for quick install

1U Vented Cantilever Shelf Pair

This 2-pack of 1U vented cantilever shelves mounts in any 19 rack or cabinet. Each shelf is 10 deep and built from 1.5 mm thick steel sides rated for 44 lb. The set includes all M6 and M5 hardware for immediate installation.

Suits fixed rack rows needing shallow vented trays

Installers who need adjustable-depth sliding rails or tool-less mounting should look elsewhere. The disassembled design requires assembly on site and the fixed cantilever format does not extend beyond the front posts.

Fits standard 19 posts with included cage nuts

The 254 mm depth leaves rear cable space free while the vented surface promotes airflow around mounted gear. Two shelves ship in one box, each with its own screw kit, so a second rack location is ready without extra parts.

Questions about this item

What rack standard must my cabinet follow for these 1U vented cantilever shelves to mount correctly?

The shelves are designed for any 19-inch rack or cabinet, so your cabinet must use the 19-inch mounting standard.

Can I keep my existing M5 mounting hardware when installing these shelves, or do I need the supplied M6 cage nuts?

Each shelf includes both 4 M6 screws with cage nuts and 4 M5 screws with nuts, so you can use whichever hardware matches your rack's threaded holes.

How can I verify the shelf is safely supporting equipment after installation?

Load the shelf up to its 44-pound rated capacity and confirm the 1.5 mm thick side rails show no bending or flex under the weight.
