Two 1U Cable Management Bars

This kit supplies two horizontal 1U bars that mount in a standard 19 inch rack. Each bar uses four screws for a secure fit and the set includes fifty cable ties for bundling. The hardware is ready for immediate deployment in server cabinets or network enclosures.

Organises Multiple Cable Runs

The cross-bar design creates a continuous path so patch cords, power leads and fibre runs sit side by side without tangling. Fifty ties give ample headroom for dense patch panels while the open holes allow quick additions or changes. The metal construction resists rust and keeps airflow paths clear around active equipment.

Mounts in Standard 19 Inch Racks

Installation requires only the eight included screws and a basic screwdriver. The 1U profile leaves the remaining rack units free for servers, switches or storage arrays. Builders who need deeper cable troughs or vertical managers will need separate accessories not provided in this package.

Questions about this item

Will the 1U horizontal bars fit alongside my existing 19 inch rack shelves?

Yes, each bar occupies 1U and mounts to standard 19 inch rack posts, so they sit flush with other 1U equipment.

How can I verify the bars are holding cables securely after installation?

Check that every cable tie passes through two adjacent holes and locks tight; cables should not sag or shift when the rack is gently shaken.

Do I need to buy extra screws or ties beyond the 8 screws and 50 ties included?

No, the package provides all 8 mounting screws and 50 cable ties required for both bars.
