22U 4-Post Open Frame Server Rack

The TAURKENAM 22U open frame rack holds standard 19-inch network and AV equipment in a cold rolled steel frame with powder coated finish. Depth adjusts from 22 to 40 inches to accommodate deeper servers on adjustable shelves. The open design gives clear access to cabling and hardware during installation and maintenance.

Depth Adjustment and Included Hardware

Adjustable mounting rails let you set the working depth anywhere between 22 and 40 inches, so longer devices sit securely without overhang. The package ships flat pack with a full screw kit for straightforward assembly. Integrated casters allow the assembled rack to be moved into position before loading equipment.

Capacity and Load Limits

The frame measures 44 inches high by 23.5 inches wide and supports a maximum static load of 790 lbs. This headroom covers multiple rackmount servers, switches and patch panels in a single column. Installations that exceed the static weight rating or require enclosed airflow management will need a different cabinet style.

Questions about this item

Will the powder-coated cold-rolled steel frame need repainting or rust protection over time?

The powder-coated finish on the cold-rolled steel resists corrosion under normal indoor conditions; no scheduled repainting is required.

At 790 lbs maximum static loading, does the frame or the casters reach their limit first under sustained use?

The 790 lb static load rating applies to the assembled frame; casters are included for mobility but the rated capacity is for the stationary structure.

Does the open 44 in high design let heat dissipate without added fans when gear runs all day?

The open-frame layout allows unrestricted airflow around 19 in rack-mount devices, so heat rises naturally without built-in fans.
