Two 4U blank panels cover empty 19-inch rack spaces to maintain airflow and block dust, supplied with 12 sets of M6 mounting hardware
Two 4U blank panels fill unused rack units in standard 19-inch server cabinets. They are built for system integrators and network administrators who need to preserve airflow discipline and block dust ingress in equipment rooms. The panels suit new build-outs or reconfigurations where empty slots would otherwise break thermal containment.
Each panel is formed from cold-rolled steel and finished with a black electro-static powder coat that resists scratches during repeated installs. The 19in width aligns with EIA/ECA-310 hole spacing, so the supplied M6 cage nuts, screws and plastic washers seat directly into standard square or threaded rails without adapters. At .39in depth the panel sits flush against the rail face, leaving maximum depth for equipment behind it.
The bundle provides twelve M6 screws, twelve plastic washers and twelve cage nuts for each of the two panels, enough to secure both units even if rails use mixed thread types. Washers protect the powder coat from marring while distributing clamp load evenly across the flange. No additional fasteners or tools are required beyond a standard screwdriver, so the panels can be fitted or removed during routine maintenance windows.

Yes, the panels follow the EIA/ECA-310 hole pattern so they align with standard 19 in rack rails and accept the included M6 cage nuts.
Each panel is 0.39 in deep, so they fit flush against the front mounting flanges of any standard 19 in enclosure without intruding into the equipment space.
Snap each cage nut into the square hole on the rack rail, place the panel over the nuts, add a plastic washer on each screw, then tighten the M6 screws by hand before final torque with a screwdriver.
