Five 1U venting blank panels

This pack supplies five identical 1U blanking panels that fit any standard 19-inch server rack or network cabinet. Each panel occupies a single rack unit and is designed to close unused mounting spaces. They are sold new and ready for immediate installation in data-centre or office environments.

Perforated steel construction

Cold-rolled steel with a black powder-coat finish forms the panel body, providing structural rigidity while resisting corrosion. The perforated pattern allows air to flow through the blanked space, helping maintain front-to-rear cooling paths. Dust and debris are kept out of the enclosure without blocking ventilation.

Tool-free rack mounting

Panels align with standard 19-inch square-hole or threaded rails and secure with typical cage nuts or screws. The 1U height leaves adjacent equipment bays unaffected, so cable routing and device access remain straightforward. No specialised brackets or adapters are required for everyday use.

Questions about this item

Will these 1U panels line up with the mounting holes on my existing 19" rack?

The panels are 19" wide and use standard 1U hole spacing, so they align with any 19" rack or cabinet.

How can I confirm airflow is passing through the perforated vents after installation?

You will feel air moving through the perforations when the rack fans are running, and dust buildup inside the cabinet should decrease over time.

Does the five-pack include mounting screws or cage nuts?

The box contains five 1U venting blank panels made of cold-rolled steel with a black powder-coat finish; mounting hardware is not included.
