9U wall-mount rack for network and AV gear

The TAURKENAM 9U cabinet provides a 19-inch enclosed mounting space for routers, switches, patch panels and AV equipment. Its 24-inch depth accommodates devices that need extra installation room while keeping them off the floor. The reinforced steel frame is rated for 133 lbs of equipment when secured to studs or solid surfaces.

Mounting hardware and accessories included

Mounting brackets, a fixed shelf, a power distribution unit and brush-style cable entry panels are supplied for a clean install. The cabinet must be anchored to structural wall studs or a solid surface to meet the stated load rating. Top-panel fan mounts allow active cooling, while the enclosure also supports passive airflow for quieter operation.

9U capacity with 24-inch depth headroom

Nine rack units give enough vertical space for a typical small-network stack of switch, router and patch panel plus a shelf-mounted appliance. The 133 lb limit means heavier multi-port switches or small UPS units can be accommodated without exceeding the frame rating. Installations that need more than 9U of height or deeper than 24 inches will require a larger cabinet.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the fan is cooling the 19in rack after I mount it?

Check that the top-panel fan spins when powered and feel for steady airflow through the glass door vents while equipment runs.

Which items ship with the cabinet and what must I source separately?

The box includes the 9U frame, glass door, fixed shelf, PDU, brush-style cable panels and wall-stud mounting hardware; you only need to provide your own 19in rack-mount devices.

Should I choose the 24in-deep version or a shallower model for a 133 lb load?

This 24in-deep unit is rated for 133 lb (60 kg) when properly secured to studs, so select it when your gear needs the extra depth and weight capacity.
