Adjustable 1U Server Rack Shelf

This 1U vented shelf mounts in any standard 19-inch four-post rack and is built from SPCC cold-rolled steel with heavy-duty alloy brackets. It targets IT professionals who need a sturdy, airflow-friendly platform for network switches, AV controllers or data servers in a single rack unit.

80 kg load capacity on a fixed 27.5 inch tray

The shelf surface itself measures 27.5 inches (70 cm) deep and is rated for 80 kilograms, so the equipment weight must stay within that limit. Buyers whose gear exceeds 80 kg or who need a deeper fixed surface cannot use this shelf.

Adjustable brackets cover 20 to 38 inch cabinet

Only the side brackets slide, letting the shelf fit cabinets from 20 to 38 inches (50 to 97 cm) deep while the tray depth stays constant. Racks shallower than 20 inches or deeper than 38 inches fall outside the adjustment range.

Questions about this item

What does the 80 kg load rating mean when the shelf is installed in a rack?

The shelf is tested to hold up to 80 kilograms of equipment such as network switches, AV controllers or data servers across its full surface while mounted in a 19-inch rack.

How does the 20 to 38 inch adjustable depth work with the fixed 27.5 inch shelf surface?

The tray itself is 27.5 inches deep; only the side mounting brackets slide to match rack depths from 20 to 38 inches, so the usable surface depth stays constant.

What rack width and mounting holes does this 1U shelf require?

It fits any standard 19-inch wide rack and uses the universal square or threaded mounting holes on the front and rear posts.
