DeskPi RackMate T0 4U 10-inch rack

The DeskPi RackMate T0 is a 4U server rack built from aluminium alloy and acrylic. It provides a 10-inch wide mounting platform with an open frame that simplifies hardware installation and maintenance. The perforated side panels encourage airflow through the chassis. This new unit suits compact server clusters or home-assistant setups.

Suited for space-constrained labs.

Builders who need a shallow 10-inch footprint for network gear, audio units or single-board-computer clusters will appreciate the minimal depth. The open layout gives unrestricted access to cables and ports. Buyers who require enclosed security, rack-mount rails or accommodation for equipment deeper than 7.87 inch should consider alternative cabinets.

7.87 inch depth governs equipment fit

The rack’s usable depth is 7.87 inch, so every server, switch or storage node must fit within that limit. The 4U height equals 7 inch of vertical rack space, matching the standard 1.75 inch per U. Verify your hardware dimensions against the 7.87 inch figure before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will my 10-inch wide equipment fit in the 4U DeskPi RackMate T0 alongside older 10-inch gear I plan to keep?

Yes, the cabinet is 10 inches wide and 4U high, so it accepts standard 10-inch rack-mount devices up to 7 inches tall, letting you keep existing 10-inch hardware.

How can I verify the DeskPi RackMate T0 is cooling properly after setup?

The perforated side panels and open frame promote airflow; check that air moves freely through the sides and that your installed servers stay at their normal operating temperatures.

What comes with the DeskPi RackMate T0 and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the aluminium-alloy and acrylic 4U frame with perforated side panels; rack-mount screws, shelves, cable-management accessories and any servers or network gear are not included.
