Teach Logic
Wireless infrared classroom microphone system with column speaker, dual receiver channels, 30 watt amplifier, and two transmitters for simultaneous use
The Teach Logic IRQ-3630 is a wireless classroom microphone system built around the Quantum II IRC-360 column speaker. It integrates a 30 watt class D amplifier with a full-range coaxial driver and digital equalisation. A built-in wide-angle infrared sensor provides 180 deg reception for reliable coverage in teaching spaces.
The system supports simultaneous use of two wireless microphone transmitters on separate infrared channels. It suits educators who need a wearable pendant mic and a handheld mic active at the same time. Buyers who require more than two concurrent wireless microphones should look at alternative solutions.
The integrated amplifier delivers 30 watts of low-noise output through the column speaker. A 3.5 mm auxiliary line-level input allows connection of a computer, interactive whiteboard or portable media player. This single specification determines whether the system meets the audio power and source connectivity needs of the installation.

Mount the column speaker using its built-in hardware, then connect power; the step often missed is positioning it so the 180-degree infrared sensor has an unobstructed line of sight to where the IRH-35 and IRT-55 transmitters will be used.
Both transmitters use rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that will eventually hold less charge; plan to replace those batteries when runtime drops below a full teaching day.
The 30-watt class D amplifier will reach its output ceiling before the full-range coaxial speaker does, so sustained high-volume use is limited by amplifier headroom.
