A 512 GB 2.5 inch SATA III internal SSD with 3D NAND, up to 560 MBps read and 550 MBps write, 120 TBW and 1,500,000 hours MTBF
Capacity 512GB
This Team Group QX drive delivers 512GB of storage over a SATA III connection. The 2.5 inch form factor fits standard laptop bays and desktop drive cages. It uses 3D NAND flash to reach sequential reads up to 560 MBps and writes up to 550 MBps.
The 512GB capacity handles operating systems, applications and media libraries with room to spare. SLC caching sustains burst speeds for everyday workloads. Rated endurance of 120 TBW and an MTBF of 1,500,000 hours back long-term reliability.
A SATA data cable and a SATA power connector are the only connections required. No DRAM cache means lower power draw and silent operation. Shock resistance of 1500G and vibration tolerance of 20G suit mobile use. Operating range spans 0°C to 70°C.

Other versions of this model
Yes, the drive uses the standard 2.5" SATA III interface, so it drops into any bay or caddy designed for a 2.5" SATA hard drive without adapters.
Run a sequential benchmark such as CrystalDiskMark or AS SSD; sustained reads should approach 560 MB/s and writes 550 MB/s on a SATA III port.
The package contains only the bare 2.5" SSD; brackets, screws, SATA data cables and cloning software must be sourced separately.
