Power Adapter for Laptop and Monitor Power Supplies

This short cable converts an IEC 320 C13 socket to a C6 cloverleaf plug. It connects laptop notebook, camera, PC and monitor power adapters to a standard IEC power cord or PDU outlet. The 1ft length keeps cable runs tidy on a desk or in a rack.

Molded 18AWG Construction With 10A or 2.5A Rating

The H05VV-F 3G0.75mm² cable is rated for 10A at 125V in North America and 2.5A at 250V in Europe. Molded connectors provide strain relief and a secure fit for both the C13 female and C6 male ends. One cable is included in the package.

Voltage Compatibility Determines Safe Operation

The adapter passes through the supply voltage unchanged, so the connected equipment must operate at the available mains voltage. Buyers who need voltage conversion or a longer reach for floor-level outlets cannot use this product.

Questions about this item

Will the H05VV-F 18AWG cable or the molded C13/C6 connectors need replacement after extended use?

The molded connectors and 18AWG cable are built for durable, secure connections; no user-serviceable parts require scheduled replacement.

What is the first limit reached when running a laptop power supply continuously through this adapter?

The 10A at 125V or 2.5A at 250V current rating is the limiting factor; exceeding it risks overheating the 18AWG conductors.

How much heat or power loss occurs when the cord carries a full 10A load all day?

At full 10A load the 18AWG conductors will warm slightly, but the short 30cm length keeps voltage drop and heat minimal.
