Right-Angled C14-to-C13 Adapter
The TeKit adapter converts a straight IEC C14 inlet into a 90-degree C13 outlet, letting a standard power cord run parallel to the device instead of projecting outward. It is intended for desktop PCs, monitors, printers, projectors and similar equipment that use the common three-pin shrouded connector and need a low-profile connection behind furniture or inside racks.
Voltage and Current Limits
The adapter is rated for 10A at 250V with a maximum power handling of 2500W and carries a 94-V0 flammability class. It does not transform voltage, so the connected equipment must operate at the supply voltage provided by the PDU, UPS or wall outlet. Exceeding the stated current or power rating can cause overheating and failure.
Installation Notes
The C14 male plug inserts into the device inlet while the right-angled C13 female socket accepts the power cord, adding only 30g of weight. Clearance is improved because the cable exits at 90 degrees, but the fixed orientation may point the cord up, down or sideways depending on the inlet rotation. Verify the direction suits the available space before securing the connection.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the C14-to-C13 right-angled version or a straight adapter?
The right-angled C13 end sits flush against the device inlet, clearing tight spaces behind wall-mounted TVs, rack cabinets or monitors where a straight plug would foul the surface or bend the cord.
What does the 10 A 250 V rating mean once the adapter is installed?
It confirms the adapter will safely carry up to 10 amps at 250 volts, matching standard IEC C13 equipment cords used on desktop PCs, monitors, printers and UPS units.
How does the IEC 320 C14-to-C13 interface limit what I can connect?
The C14 male plugs into a C13 female socket on a PDU or UPS, while the C13 female accepts a standard C14 equipment cord, so the adapter only works with devices that already use IEC 320 C13/C14 connectors.
