  • IP65 weatherproof housing withstands rain and dust in permanent installations
  • Pole or wall mounting hardware included for flexible site deployment
  • Low 4.70 W draw enables passive PoE or solar-powered operation

Outdoor 5 GHz link kit

The Tenda OS3 KIT delivers a 5 GHz outdoor wireless link rated at 867 Mbit/s for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint deployments. It targets installers and small-business owners who need a ready-to-mount pair for extending a network between buildings.

IP65 enclosure with pole or wall mounting

The IP65-rated housing resists dust and water jets, allowing permanent installation on a mast or façade. A single Fast Ethernet RJ-45 port carries data and power at 4.70 W, so one outdoor-rated cable handles both connections.

Check PoE injector and cable length before ordering

The kit requires a compatible passive PoE source; verify your injector or switch port supplies the correct voltage. Ensure the Ethernet run stays within standard limits and that a clear line of sight exists for the stated 3.1 mile range.
