UV glue pen kit with LED light

The Perfect Part 5 Second Fix kit supplies a hand-held applicator, an LED UV light and a tube of liquid adhesive. It is designed for quick repairs on plastic, wood, metal, PVC, steel, rubber, wiring, ceramic, figurines, vinyl, Kevlar, polypropylene and leather. The glue cures under the UV light to form a clear, waterproof and heat-resistant bond that can be sanded or painted once hardened. The compact pen measures 12.5cm by 2.6cm.

Suitable for hobbyists and household fixes

This kit suits anyone who needs a fast, multi-material adhesive that sets in seconds under UV light. It is not for buyers who require a large-volume adhesive supply for industrial production or for users who prefer a two-part epoxy that cures without a UV source. The single refill tube limits the total amount of glue available for extensive projects.

12.5cm by 2.6cm pen-sized applicator

The applicator dimensions of 12.5cm by 2.6cm determine whether the tool fits in a toolbox, drawer or pocket for on-the-go repairs. Buyers should verify that this form factor meets their portability and storage requirements before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy any extra adhesive or batteries before I can use the pen and its built-in LED UV light?

No. The kit already includes the handheld applicator, the LED UV light and a tube of liquid adhesive, so nothing else is required to start fixing.

Will the cured bond hold on older plastic and metal parts I already own, such as PVC piping or steel brackets?

Yes. Once fully cured the adhesive is 100 % waterproof, heat-resistant and bonds to plastic, wood, metal, PVC, steel, rubber, ceramic, leather and many other materials.

How can I confirm the repair has cured properly after I shine the UV light on the glue?

The glue dries clear and becomes hard enough to sand or paint; when it no longer feels tacky and can be sanded smooth, the cure is complete.
