15-Pack EL Wire Kit

This kit provides fifteen 15-foot electroluminescent wire strings with a 2.3mm tube diameter. It suits decorators, party planners or vehicle owners who need multiple colour runs from a single purchase. Each strand delivers over 12,000 hours of continuous glow.

Seven-colour mix with four controller options

Every pack contains red, pink, green, blue, white, purple and orange wires so you can match themes without buying separate spools. Controllers include USB, car cigarette lighter, battery pack and sound-activated modes for flexible power sourcing.

Plug-and-play with no splicing required

Controllers connect directly to each wire end; no soldering or heat-shrink is needed. The operating range spans -40°C to 80°C, so cold snaps or engine-bay heat will not interrupt operation. Buyers who need longer continuous runs or a single-colour spool should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long will a 15 ft EL wire last in daily use?

The electroluminescent wire is rated for over 12,000 hours, so running it several hours a night will give years of service before brightness fades.

What power sources can I use with the included controller?

The controller accepts USB, a car cigarette lighter socket, a battery pack, and also has a sound-activated mode for music-reactive effects.

Will the 2.3 mm diameter tube fit through standard grommets or channels?

At 2.3 mm the wire is slim enough for most small grommets, cable channels and tight corners in costumes or vehicle trim.
