50-Pack Magnetic Door Window Sensors

This pack contains fifty surface-wired magnetic contacts designed for doors and windows. Each unit uses a reed switch that closes the loop when the magnet is adjacent and opens it when separated. The sensors are intended for wired alarm or automation circuits in residential or light commercial settings.

Check Wiring And Mounting Surface

Verify that your control panel or controller accepts normally closed contact loops with 22 AWG leads. The eighteen-inch lead length must reach your wiring path without splicing. Confirm the mounting area is flat and clean for the adhesive strips or suitable for the included screws and flange.

Included Mounting Hardware Simplifies Installation

Self-adhesive strips and mounting screws are supplied so each contact can be stuck or screwed in place. The flange on the mini stick-on body helps align the magnet with the switch for the specified one-inch gap. No additional brackets or fasteners are required for standard door and window frames.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 50-pack and do I need extra mounting hardware?

The pack contains fifty surface-mount magnetic contacts; mounting screws and self-stick strips are already included so no extra hardware is required.

Should I choose the self-adhesive or screw-mount version for my doors?

Each contact supports both methods — use the supplied adhesive strips for quick installation or the included screws for a more permanent fix.

What does the 1-inch gap mean when the sensor is fitted to a real door?

The reed switch stays closed while the magnet is within 1 inch; once the door opens beyond that distance the circuit opens and triggers the alarm.
