  • 1-inch activation gap fits standard frames
  • Self-adhesive or screw mounting speeds installation
  • Switch opens circuit when magnet separates

20-Pack Magnetic Door Window Sensors

This 20-pack supplies white surface-mount reed switches for door and window monitoring. Each unit pairs a magnet with a wired contact that closes the loop when aligned and opens it when separated. The sensors suit homeowners or installers adding perimeter points to a wired alarm panel or automation controller.

Wired Installation With Adhesive Or Screw Mount

Every contact includes 22 AWG leads measuring 18 inches, allowing direct runs to a control board without extra cable. The 33mm by 13mm by 9mm housing accepts the supplied self-stick strips or mounting screws, so it bonds to frames without drilling or fastens securely where adhesive may fail. A 1-inch gap tolerance accommodates typical frame-to-sash spacing.

Mounting Hardware Included For Immediate Setup

The box provides both screws and self-adhesive strips, letting the installer choose the method per opening without sourcing extra parts. This reduces time on site and avoids mismatched fasteners that can weaken holding power. The white finish blends with common trim colours for a low-profile appearance.
