Resistance loop band set

This set includes four 12-inch loops made from natural rubber. The bands provide progressive resistance levels for strength training, stretching and mobility work. They are designed for adult users in home, gym or therapy settings. The unisex design suits a wide range of fitness abilities.

Beginners to advanced exercisers

The color-coded progression system lets users increase intensity as strength improves, making the set suitable for first-time users and seasoned athletes alike. Buyers who need a single fixed resistance or a longer band length should look at other options. Those requiring latex-free materials will also need a different product.

Four progressive resistance levels

Each loop measures 12 inches long and three inches wide for a stable fit that reduces rolling or pinching. The set delivers four distinct resistance levels in one compact package. This range decides whether the bands match the user's training goals. Lightweight construction supports portable use anywhere.

Questions about this item

What do I need to start using the 12" loops right away?

Nothing extra is required; the four bands are ready to use out of the box for strength, mobility or therapy routines.

Can I mix these 12" loops with the longer flat bands I already own?

Yes, the 12" loops and 3" width complement longer flat bands by adding anchored hip, glute and shoulder work without changing your existing routine.

How do I know the 14729 set is giving me the right resistance?

The colour-coded progression lets you match each loop to the intended level; if you can complete your target reps with control, the band is working as designed.
