Direct thermal labels for freezer use

This Theramark DTL2240P5 roll uses direct thermal paper with a topcoated freezer-grade adhesive. It produces print without ribbons, making it suited to cold-storage labelling where moisture and low temperatures are present. Each label measures 2.25" X 4" and the case contains 12 rolls.

1" core and 5" OD fit standard desktop printers

The 1" core and 5" outside diameter match many direct thermal desktop printers, so the rolls load without adapters. Perforations between the 700 labels per roll allow clean tear-off by hand during packing or shipping tasks. The freezer-grade adhesive stays bonded on frosted surfaces.

Check printer compatibility before ordering

Verify that your printer accepts 1" core rolls with a 5" outside diameter and can handle a 2.25" X 4" label size. Direct thermal media requires a printer with a thermal printhead; thermal-transfer-only machines will not work. Buyers who need ribbon-based printing or larger label dimensions should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the 1" core fit my desktop label printer?

The roll uses a standard 1" core that matches most desktop direct thermal printers; verify your printer's core specification before ordering.

Will the 5" outer diameter clear my printer's cover?

Each roll measures 5" OD, so confirm your printer's maximum roll diameter to ensure the cover closes properly.

Are the perforations strong enough to tear cleanly by hand?

The 2.25" x 4" labels are perforated between each of the 700 labels per roll, allowing clean hand separation without tools.
