US Letter Thermal Paper

This pack contains 200 sheets of thermal printer paper cut to 8.5 x 11 inches. It is designed for use with compatible thermal portable printers such as the M08F or A40 models. The paper is not suitable for traditional inkjet or laser printers. Each sheet provides a standard US Letter format for documents and images.

Glossy Finish and Quick-Drying Surface

The sheets have a glossy surface that produces sharp, fade-resistant prints. Ink dries quickly to prevent smudging and allows immediate handling or writing on the surface. The paper is waterproof and rated to keep printed content legible for up to three years. The pack weighs 4 lbs and ships as a single unit of 200 sheets.

Thermal-Only Compatibility Constraint

This media works exclusively with direct thermal printers that accept 8.5 x 11 inch sheets. It cannot be used in inkjet, laser or impact devices because it relies on heat-sensitive coating rather than ink or toner. Buyers who need paper for non-thermal printers or who require continuous rolls instead of single sheets should choose a different product.

Questions about this item

What paper size does the 8.5 x 11 inch thermal paper support for portable printers?

The sheets are US Letter size at 8.5 by 11 inches and work with most portable thermal printers that accept that format, such as the M08F or A40 models.

What are the physical dimensions and pack weight for storage planning?

Each sheet measures 8.5 by 11 inches and the 200-sheet pack weighs 4 lbs, so it fits standard letter trays and shelves.

How do I load the single sheets correctly to avoid print errors?

Load one sheet at a time with the glossy side facing the thermal print head; the paper is single-sheet format, not a roll, so do not attempt roll feeding.
