US Letter Thermal Paper

This pack contains 100 sheets of glossy thermal paper cut to 8.5 x 11 inches. It is designed for continuous folded feeding in compatible portable thermal printers. The paper dries quickly and resists fading and smudging for durable records. It suits both professional and personal printing tasks.

Replaces Roll-Fed Media

The folded format removes the need to reload paper between multi-page jobs. The upgrade is worthwhile when you print invoices, shipping labels or reports in longer runs without interruption. It is not for users of traditional inkjet or laser printers that require coated or plain paper. Buyers who need a different sheet size or roll-fed stock cannot use this pack.

Thermal-Only Interface

The paper works exclusively with direct-thermal printers that accept 8.5 x 11 inch sheets. No ink, toner or ribbon is involved, so the printer must generate heat on the coated surface. Print durability depends on storage conditions; exposure to heat, light or friction can darken the output over time. The glossy finish is fixed and cannot be changed for matte or other surfaces.

Questions about this item

Will the 8.5 x 11 inch sheets fit the M08F or A40 portable printer without trimming?

Yes — each sheet is US Letter size at 8.5 x 11 inches, matching the M08F and A40 paper tray exactly, so no trimming is needed.

How do I load the continuous-fold pack so it feeds correctly?

Open the printer cover, place the folded stack with the glossy side facing the print head, pull the first sheet straight through the rollers, then close the cover; the most common mistake is inserting the stack upside-down so the coated side faces away.

How many prints can I expect before the pack runs out?

The pack contains 100 sheets, giving you up to 100 single-sided prints or fewer if you print multi-page documents continuously.
