The cable delivers 10 Gigabit at 550 MHz only up to 180 feet. Beyond that it drops to 1 Gigabit at 250 MHz, so the 250 foot run operates at the lower tier. PoE devices work within the 1 Gigabit envelope. Buyers who want 10 Gigabit over the whole run cannot use this length.

UV LLDPE jacket and ties

A UV resistant LLDPE jacket replaces standard PVC to withstand sunlight, water, temperature swings and soil contact. The jacket resists corrosion and stays flexible for burial or conduit routing.
