Thinkstar CAT6 Outdoor FTP Cable 1000FT 23 AWG Black

SKU CH-YZN4-AFG8H

Shielded outdoor Ethernet cable with 23 AWG conductors, rated for direct burial and up to 550 MHz transmission frequency

  • 1000 ft reel covers long outdoor runs without joins
  • 23 AWG conductors fit standard CAT6 terminations and tools
  • CCA wire keeps the cable lightweight for easier pulling
  • 550 MHz bandwidth supports gigabit and 10 Gbps links
  • Black UV-resistant jacket withstands direct burial and sunlight

Outdoor Network Cable

The Thinkstar CAT6 outdoor FTP cable is built for direct-burial runs where moisture and UV exposure would damage standard indoor wiring. Its shielded construction and black jacket suit installers who need a single 1000-foot reel for long-distance campus or residential links.

Shielded Build Integration

The 23 AWG copper-clad aluminium conductors and FTP shielding reduce electromagnetic interference without requiring separate conduit in most soil conditions. The bulk reel lets technicians cut exact lengths on site, freeing patch-panel space by eliminating factory-terminated slack.

Sustained Transmission Behaviour

Rated to 550 MHz, the cable supports 10 Gbps throughput over the full 1000-foot span when terminated to CAT6 specifications. The waterproof and ultraviolet-resistant jacket maintains signal integrity through seasonal temperature cycles and prolonged ground contact.
