Questions about this item

How do I clamp the stand to a desk up to 2.83 inches thick?

Position the C-clamp on the desk edge, tighten the screw until the base sits flush, then attach the arms — skipping the flush check makes the mount wobble.

Which parts will need replacement after extended use?

The gas-spring tension in the monitor arms and the laptop tray hinge are the wear items; cable clips and VESA screws rarely fail.

At what point does the monitor arm reach its travel limit during daily height changes?

The arm extends 52 cm and rises to 56 cm; once the monitor reaches 56 cm the vertical travel stops.
