A collectible Timken two-bolt flange bearing with a 1-7/16 inch bore, alloy steel insert, and cast iron housing
This new Timken VCJT flange bearing arrives as a collectible piece of industrial heritage. The cast-iron rhombus housing and alloy-steel radial ball insert show the construction used in power-transmission equipment. Gray finish and double-sealed closure preserve the original factory appearance. It suits collectors who value authentic mechanical components.
The boxed unit includes the GRA107RRB bearing insert already seated in the housing. Factory-applied NLGI #2 equivalent grease means the bearing is lubricated to the original specification. Double-sealed closures keep that lubricant in place and contaminants out. No separate seals, collars or mounting hardware are mentioned in the data.
Two mounting holes in the rhombus flange allow direct bolting to a flat surface. Fixed expansion type holds the shaft axially without additional collars. Cylindrical 1 7/16 inch bore accepts a matching shaft; verify shaft tolerance before pressing. Operating range spans -65 to 200 degrees F at up to 3,840 RPM. Not for buyers who need a pillow-block or four-bolt flange style.

The double-sealed GRA107RRB insert is factory-filled with NLGI #2 equivalent grease and designed for maintenance-free operation under normal conditions; relubrication is only required if the unit runs continuously near its 3,840 RPM limit or in heavily contaminated environments.
The 3,840 RPM maximum speed rating is the primary limit; exceeding it risks overheating the alloy-steel balls and cast-iron housing before the 200 °F temperature ceiling becomes a factor.
The fixed, double-sealed design with NLGI #2 grease keeps noise low and housing temperature well below the 200 °F maximum during normal 3,840 RPM duty; the gray cast-iron housing dissipates heat evenly without fan assistance.
