A steel 60-chain sprocket with 35 teeth, 1-1/4 inch bore, keyway, and set screws
This finished-bore sprocket fits a 1-1/4 inch shaft and runs on single-strand 60 chain. It is made of steel with a black oxide finish and includes two set screws and a keyway. The hub projects .791 inch from the bore face.
The bore diameter is 1-1/4 inch with a 1/4 inch wide by 1/8 inch deep keyway. Two set screws lock the sprocket to the shaft. This fixed-bore design means the bore cannot be enlarged or reduced.
The hub measures 4 inch across and the sprocket reaches 8.78 inch overall. The pitch diameter is 8.367 inch. Ensure the driven equipment has clearance for the hub projection and that the chain guards accommodate the outside diameter.

With 35 teeth on a 60 chain pitch, each revolution advances the chain by 35 links, giving a driven speed ratio of 35 to the driver sprocket tooth count.
The 3/4 inch pitch matches ANSI 60 roller chain, so only that chain size fits; load capacity follows the chain rating, not the sprocket alone.
The finished bore is 1-1/4 inches with a 1/4 inch wide by 1/8 inch deep keyway and two set screws, so the shaft must match that diameter and keyway profile.
